Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties issues the 1st tranche of Rmb10bn medium-term notes, with interest rate at new lows

On 31 July, Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties issued its first 5-year Rmb10bn medium-term notes in the interbank market, with an interest rate of 4.6%.
The latest medium-term notes issued not only set a new record for a single issuance by a private company but also bear the lowest interest rate for products with the same credit rating and maturity issued by a private company.
